Like Alanis Morissette, I love a well-crafted list.
So here are two lists for you:
Good things about today:
-It’s Friday
-I am wearing my favorite sweater, just back from the dry cleaner
-The cafe in my building had my favorite soup of the day (actually, it’s the only soup from there I will actually eat)
-I get to go to one of my favorite places for happy hour tonight (King’s Hardware)
-I added the facebook Countdown application which informed me that I am going to Belize in 82 days
Bad things about today:
-It is snowing. In March. The end of March.

King’s Hardware is my favorite bar in Seattle.
Not only does it have skee ball, but it has Garlic available for the burger. (I order the 5 alarm burger + Garlic & Grilled Onions — and of course the sweet potato fries.)
We can also talk about the patio in the sunshine. Easily the best patio in Ballard (also check out the Loft).
And I could fill a whole post on the charm of Ballard avenue.

Ahhh, the patio…seriously is one of my favorite places. And the little flags in the sliders? Love it.

ahhhh snow… it’s a thing of the past here in omaha… it’s sunny and 50! gooooooo midwest!

regarding king’s hardware… i’ve only been there once. we MUST go when i get back to seattle in may.
